DARIUS MILTON    

Active in the mining Resources since 1997

DARIUS held a number of senior positions. He has extensive experience in running industrial and mining companies with a global foot print. Darius has experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestments, project analysis and management.

Darius received a Bachelor of Mathematics degree and a Master of Business (finance concentration).

DAVID KOPPERS / PHD ECONOMY

DAVID brings to the company more than 20 years’ experience in providing strategies and financial advice to corporations’ financial institutions and governments around the world.

David is a former banker and has a large experience in the finance sector and has an extensive financial markets, risk management and investment expertise.

MARIE JAGGER      

MARIE has broad experience in the natural resources’ sector across a number of geographies and has over 20 years of experience in mining, exploration, feasibility studies and business development.

She holds a MSc in Mining geology and graduated in Mineralogy and Geology.

ANTONIO ALVARES / BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING 

ANTONIO is a mining engineer with more than 20 years of operating experience for different companies, such as Ashenti and Africa Minerals.

He holds a bachelor degree in mining engineering from Universidad Federal de Belo Horizonte BRAZIL. 

RICK VAN DER SAAR      

RICK has over 17 years of experience in mining exploration feasibility studies and business development including five years in Guinea, twelve years of international development and management roles in Ghana and in South Africa.

Rick holds a Phd (materials science) from the Camborne school of Mines and he is a graduate in Geology.
